Conferences

Our Conferences Page includes not just Conferences, but also Seminars, Festivals, and Local Events. Find out about the major planned events going on within Area II, National, and in some cases adjacent Areas that might be of interest to your group or members of your Choirs! Plan now to attend as many as you can! More information will be posted asit becomes available.

AGEHR Area II Events

Area II formally sponsors four distinct events in every two year cycle:

Area II Composition Contest (deadline is typically May in the even year preceding the Area II Conferences

Area II Read and Ring Seminar (held every other 'even' year,

Area II Young Ringer's Conference, held every other 'odd' year; (immediately precedes the Area II Festival Conference), and

Area II Festival Conference, held every other 'odd' year; (immediately following the Area Young Ringers Conference).

Area II Local Events & Other Events of Interest

No doubt about it! Your activities are really important, both to you because of the work you have put in, and to others who might find your event 'just the ticket'! Check out all of the different events going on in our area! Periodically, we may list other events that might be of interest to Area II directors and choirs. We have consolidated the information in our Events Calendar which can be printed and placed on your bulletin board at school, at work or in the office.
